I was really very bad cook. My husband and I had a cooking class by Seema. Seema and get closed to each other, one fine day seema had invite me and my family for dinner. I was hosted at her house. The entire family was very welcoming. We started with the traditional chai, which was excellent. Seema showed us how to make Veg Paneer, Veg PULAV, Aloo Gobi, KHEER, okra curry, Radish paratha and chappati. Seema sent me all the recipes. I am excited to try them on my own. After cooking I was very disappointed because the food was not upto that mark which we had at seema’s place. So I called her and she was laughing then she said I’m sending you a link order that spices will enhance your recipe. So this is how I found AKD Masala.
